Planetary gear units

Planetary gears are small and light. They can transfer large powers and achieve large gear ratios. They are used where low weight is required and little space is available. They are available in motor and non-motor versions with legs or flange.

SIZE: 1 – 8
i = 3.4 to 2000
M2 = 150 – 14000 Nm

Control is possible with the help of frequency power control:

P = 0.75 to 132 kW.

Basic  data

Planetary gearboxes are designed in 8 sizes that can be easily assembled into multistage gearboxes (modular construction). The flanges are made of gray cast iron, and the hollow gears (rings with internal teeth), which essentially form the gearbox housing, are made of stainless steel for improvement. All other gears are cemented and ground. The input and output shafts are hardened and ground, and always coaxial on the gear unit. The gear unit is round in shape, it can be attached via the outlet flange or placed on legs. A torque lever can be used, combined with legs and a flange, as well as anything else desired by the customer.

The input shaft rotates the central gear of the parasol, which drives the planetary gears, which are mounted with needle bearings and roll on a hollow gear. The planets are attached to a planetary support (clamp), through which the torque is transmitted to the second stage solar gear or to the output shaft.

Gears can consist of any number of gears, depending on the required gear ratio.)
